I purchased a sign back in May 2020 and it was faulty as a letter is covering one of the holes so can’t be secured to the wall safely, they refused me a refund and said they’d send another sign.

I ordered my sign in Nov 2020 and still haven’t received it Despite repeated attempts to get a refund due to Neon Beach being in clear breach of the Consumers Act 2015 the matter is not resolved and I have had nothing back from Neon Beach to even acknowledge my emails or complaints. Next step legal advice. Shocking service.

Absolutely shocking service, do not use. I ordered a Neon sign in November which never arrived. I then emailed several times to be told they had problems with the UK supplier and they would reorder from the US but couldn't say when it would arrive. After months with no further contact I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't do this. I eventually threatened to involve my bank and finally received a refund 5 months later.

After multiple emails showing the quality issues, all I got was “The product works, so we can refund you 15%” not even offered to look at repairing/fixing/replacing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Customer service is absolutely shocking. First delivery didn't turn up. Second one did after about 4 months and they got it wrong!!! Over a year later and I haven't received a refund which I have requested or a new sign. Absolute con artists...

Awful service ordered a product was told it would be with me in 6 weeks, 12 weeks in and still hasn't received it, so asked for a refund, was told they could not refund me directly and would have to apply through my bank to get my money back, all in all took nearly 5 months and never received anything

Dreadful customer service - do not buy from this company! Poor communication and non-delivery of goods. I placed an order in November 2020 with a 5-6 week lead time and, despite chasing, I have not received my neon sign nor a delivery date! I have now asked for a refund.

I ordered my signs in late November last year and still haven’t received them, or a refund, despite asking for one multiple times. Currently using Klarna’s dispute resolution to try and get my money back.

I ordered on the 28th of November and still received nothing. I've gone to their customer service 3 times and they have had different answers each time. My order says fulfilled but it's clearly not and now they've said they will refund my money as they have gone over the date they had promised. I'm wondering if anyone was got their money back for this company or they are just stalling again.
