“Do not send someone a gift from this site! Horrible! I received a gift from a friend and didn’t care for it. I wanted to return it for a credit or exchange and called to find out the best way. They told me I can’t do that without the sender/gift giver being notified or the money going back onto their credit card. What kind of gift giving is that!”
“Appalling service end to end. I ordered white satin trousers for my civil ceremony and received an item that was clearly used, with dirt marks, scratched zip and shorter leg. On another occasion, I arranged a return, but they never showed up and then kept delaying it to a point where I was beyond my return period. Unbelievable. Wish I read all these reviews beforehand. Will never use them again and instead go to better websites like MyTheresa.”
“If there was a way to give a review without a star I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
My 24 hr delivery order was changed by Net A Porter, I telephoned and explained that I would be out of the country for 7 months and if it did not arrive within 2 days I had to cancel the order. Also that I would need to see the goods myself and there was no safe place to leave the parcel anyway. Four emails later, and two telephone calls with two American halfwits they claim the parcel was delivered 6 days later and I signed for it consequently I have been charged for it including the express delivery costs. Having left the country four days previously this is a lie. I am disgusted by the obvious nonchalance and disability of the staff. I would never shop with them again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about my experience.”
