“I have just been into the Northpoint Branch with a return, I had quick look whilst in there and chose some trainers. Went to the till and "BEV" who served me was so abrupt she needs extra customer service skills.....the girl's that are normally in the Branch are lovely.......”
“I bought a pair of school trousers for my daughter. The first day of wearing them the stitching on them came apart round the back side area. I exchanged them for another pair and again the very next day it happened again. I asked for my money back in witch they gave me. The quality of the item was rubbish. I wouldn't shop there again.”
