“Paid extra to park in airport, but was unable to identify the park and ride section. So went to the normal compound and operative was not aware of the system so I parked there.”

“The only negative thing to say was when we arrived back, the driver took the other couple up to Callerton car park first, then we came all the way back to Park and Fly when we thought he could of dropped us off first. Apart from that everyone very friendly and helpful.”

“Park and Fly is a good idea where you can safely have your car parked and then transferred to the airport without much fuss. The only drawback is the time you have to wait for the transfer bus coming back for you. Sometimes it can be quite quick but other times you can be waiting for 20 minutes or more. It's the luck of the draw.”

“An overall fantastic service. Polite staff always willing to help with luggage. Unfortunately the one small key chain left attached to my car key was returned to me broken with a part missing and the only explanation was 'maybe it was left in your car'. Will be difficult to replace.”

“Booked park and fly for a good price for a week, then a few days before the booking was to start, got a e-mail to say I cud upgrade to premier short stay parking 15 meters from terminal building, for £5 extra, looked at price on airport website, then went ahead with upgrade via park and fly, saving about £50, thank you park and fly.”

“The Short Stay Carp Park is a Great Location for getting into the Terminal with the minimum of effort, by paying a little extra, you can park at a fixed price for the duration of your stay. I have used this car park 3 times now and have experienced difficulties every time getting out and have had to call the Help centre to exit the car park, very annoying at 03.00am in the morning. I am booked into this car park in May and hope for a better experience.”

“Aways use park n fly when traveling from Newcastle .. Staff are always friendly and never had any issues with our car.. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the delay in being collected from the airport on return ... One driver with one bus didn't have enough room for us and waiting for him to come back for us in the freezing weather was unpleasant...”

“very convenient onsite parking. beware that there is 'park & fly on airport' with parking in short stay car park onsite, and also 'park & fly' which is just off the roundabout on the main road, next to the premier inn. We booked 'on airport' in error as we were staying at the premier inn the night before our flight.”
