“Went to next kingswood with some online returns, the lady who took them was an older lady with glasses and was very abrupt and short didn’t want to take them said I could of done it myself at the door, she wasn’t customer friendly at all, I felt uncomfortable, horrible experience”
“Went to Next at Kingswood & saw a coat on a a manequin I wanted to purchase, so I saw 2 Assistants on shop floor talking, so I enquired whereabouts the coats where? I got the impression I was an inconvenience for disturbing them! One of them pointed & said "they are down there." My size was not on rail so I asked another assistant, who offered to go to the warehouse, but one of the other 2 overheard & said " ,there is none in warehouse, we sold the last one 2 hours ago". When I got home I checked the stock on- line & it did have one my size, so I was furious, as it proves that this assistant thought I was a nuisance for wanting to purchase a £90 coat. Wish I had got her name. Maybe she should attend a course to learn Customer skills afterall that is what she is getting paid for.😭”
“Some nice clothes for formal events and a nice quiet atmosphere to shop in. I'm gonna be checking out the next on kingswood for sons homewares things when I get my own place.”
