“Happy that I could change my delivery date the day before it’s due date, to a more convenient day.
The driver was very friendly and gives a good representation of the company.
The tracking system however is a complete waste of time.
I had no indication after the notification the item was loaded on the van of what time of the day the item might arrive or where the driver was at any point during the day. which gave me no flexibility other than to remain in all day until it arrived. Poor compared to my experience with other delivery companies.”
