“Paid them over hundred dollars and never received product. When trying to communicate with them I get a formed response on how to use Zelle. I know his to use Zelle and showed them receipt from Zelle that I paid them but they keep sending the instructions to pay. Very frustrating. The person in customer service has some kind of personality disorder and unable to effectively handle this. They are a rip off.”
