“I recently ordered some stationary from Normans and was blown away by the service. I had to change delivery but it was easy to do and I was kept updated all the way. The delivery was dead on time. Oh and the product was excellent as well”

“Ordered via eBay. Had to ring for some product information and was met by a very helpful chap who answered my enquiry. Invoice came with product which is unusual for eBay purchases. Only thing was delivery came a day later than indicate at time of purchase .”
