“The engineer was in my home at the appointed time. He was professional and answered all my questions. He replaced a part in my oven and my cooker is now working again. I was very pleased. He was great”

“brilliant service - washing machine broke down on Sunday, engineer came on Monday, immediate diagnosis, no hope for old machine, new one booked in for Tuesday- phew and thanks”

“Super pleased. Repair man came next day, despite waiting times for other companies being 8-10 days. Man was friendly and competent and knew immediately what the problem was. Stayed calm when we had to take down the dryer from top of washing machine. He got and installed broken part straight away. So very happy indeed.”
