“Extremely Disappointed
Negligent and Uncaring Service
I am shocked and deeply disappointed by the level of care we received. I called the clinic yesterday to schedule an appointment for my son, who has been sick for five days. I was told to call back the next morning. When I did, they set up a phone consultation for the same day, but no one ever called.
After waiting for hours, I called the clinic again. I was told that the doctor had called, which is simply not true. I received no call or voicemail. Worse still, they said there were no more doctors available to speak with us.
How is it acceptable to treat a sick child with such indifference? There was no follow-up, no accountability, and absolutely no empathy. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. I truly worry for anyone who relies on this medical center for timely care. Children deserve better; all patients do”
“This practice demonstrates a serious lack of communication and urgency. Repeated experiences of substandard care from both doctors and reception staff suggest systemic incompetence and indifference. I would strongly advise seeking care elsewhere.”
“Dr Burack is amazing. Just spoke to him on the phone and he could not have been more kind or helpful.
I have a lot of medical issues and he made me feel as though I am doing everything right!”
“This is gp has awful staffs and the receptionist are rude. They are so indifferent with patients and misbehave.
Since I moved and registered with this gp I never received any sort of help.
A total disappointment and waste of time. Please do not register with them.
Importantly the receptionist are racist.
Disgusting behaviour towards people.”
“Visited this establishment in June 2020, with severe allergy and respiratory problems caused by long exposure to mould. Doctors work by protocol, do not pay attention to you and what you have got to say, they do not care and do all the learned tricks to send you away as quick as they can. When i asked for sick note they told me to pay £55 for private note!
Outrageous!!!
Looking to change this practice!”
