“To start with.... Merry Christmas to you all at NORWOOD. Our first purchase was 2 pair of Velvet 90 x 108 cm curtains, WE were super happy ;) We decided to purchase more with them a few weeks later, 2 more pairs Velvet curtains but sadly they were not in stock at that time. We asked if they could possibly keep us informed IF and WHEN they would come back into stock. They did! So we purchased them. The customer service and professional friendly staff made us feel at ease over the phone and via email ( website & ebay). Kudos to ALL of you at Norwood Textiles! Kind Regards”

“Excellent service/delivery! Curtains look fab, but can’t hang them til new curtain poles arrive (early January), but so pleased, have been on their website and ordered matching cushion covers ! VERY good value for money - will highly recommend, and will certainly look here first, for any other soft furnishings. Extremely satisfied 😀👍😀”

“Spot on order made in the morning paid extra £1.99? Or something like that from normal carriage and arrived next day. Which is the reason I came to you as most site wasnt offering option of 24hr royal mail. Perfect comms, perfect product, perfect delivery 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
