“Although the order was reasonably to be put into the mail service and considering there were postal strikes going on that you would have arrange an alternative courier deliverable service. By the time it arrived the freezing weather had gone & I was unable to test how good your device was.”

Hi. Sorry to hear of the delay to your order. Unfortunately, to use an alternative courier would have resulted in an extra charge which you did not select at checkout. Also, most couriers are experiencing delays as a result of the Royal mail strikes during the Christmas period.
