“Mat was delivered promptly via courier with full notifications including an hour time slot. The mat is of very good quality with thick edges and unfortunately due to the manufacturer folding (rather than rolling) the mat it didn't want to lie flat. Matt at DrivenDen suggested a few things but despite our best efforts it still would fully flatten. DriveDen confirmed that the manufacturers were now shipping them rolled up and so without any quibble, a new one was supplied and with me the next day. This one is perfect. OK so it would have been better not to have the issue but overall the service from DriveDen has been as good as it gets and I can 100% recommend them as a supplier. Why can't other supplies offer this level of customer service!”
