I have ordered from them on 3 separate occasions. Every time there have been missing items on the order and it has taken weeks to rectify. They don't reply to emails either.
Such a shame as they have a good product range but I just can't handle their terrible customer service any longer. Shoddy, shoddy, shoddy.

Not at all happy with this company. Purchased online and so far have not received my item or had a truthful answer from "customer services" I work in retail and this companies behaviour is not acceptable
