“Product seems ok, pricing was fine and inline, and delivery time reasonable. But after sales? Forget it. No paperwork/receipt arrived with the order or by email (we’re a business) so I ensured and requested one. Nothing. Then I rummaged through Google and found a contact mobile number…that wasn’t answered either, so I left a message. Still nothing.
It seems a shame to spend money on social ads and promotions only to fail to support the business itself. There was potential here but I feel quite disappointed.”

“Not notified of despatch and delivery date despite this apparently being part of the process. FedEx delivered but didn't leave any notification or photographic evidence to show where delivered to meaning I had to raise a query. I subsequently found the parcel but it had been left by a door I rarely use and which is open to public access. All in all a poor customer experience.
I've no idea how good the product may be as I'm yet to use it.”
“on contacting the company for advice around wildlife ( I have hedghogs breeding in my garden ) and other factors i needed help with before deciding what to use , i found themm super friendly , helpfull and quick to help , on using the product , its early days but i do think its starting to have the right impact , for me its being used of a large number of hedges , easy to use and not smelly either so all a win i think ( and the Hedghogs are happy and safe to )”
