“I am very pleased to have ordered with Official Hoverboard. Inititally, I purchased my scooter with another company but their professionalism was nothing short of abysmal. After conducting a good and proper review online, I was directed to Official Hoverboard, who met me with a fast, efficient, and transparent service from the get-go. My electric scooter is great, works a treat and has increased the quality of my commute greatly. I've also saved a fortune! Thank you, Official Hoverboards! :)”

“The customer service was very disappointing. When I reported to them that there was an issue with my product and it was still in warranty, they replied with I have purposely done this. Furthermore they have stopped replying to me after I requested the price for the parts I need to purchase even though my product is 2 weeks old and still has its 12 month warranty. Very disappointing will not be ordering from here again.”
