“Quick delivery and well packaged it is for a Christmas present for my 9 year old son so not used yet. He had one two years ago but stopped working after a year due to getting wet which the manufacturer warns about.”

“Ordered on 30th November, charged on 1st December, delivery promised by 5th December and delivered on the 8th December. No communication regarding the delay therefore, I had to contact the seller as I was worried considering the amount of money, £215 paid.”

“Hummer G2 All Terrain, Hoverboard & Kart (Galaxy Pink) So far I’m fairly satisfied with my purchase as opposed to the negative reviews that I’ve read online. The only downside that I can constructively criticise and do agree with previous reviews (hence the 4 stars) is that through my personal experience Official Hoverboard really need to reevaluate their communication with customers. I have tried on several occasions to email and phone Official Hoverboard directly, however, no emails have been responded to and all of my calls have have been met with a message stating that they are unable to answer the phone due to COVID - this is a very outdated reason for poor customer support/service. That said, I was able to get in touch with Official Hoverboard via the chat-applet which I found available on their website and was able to have my query answered satisfactorily. Overall, I would hope that Official Hoverboard takes my review in the positive way that it is intended (constructively) and makes positive changes in order to improve their customer service.”

“My son was so exited when he received it, he was in his glory going out on it, few hours later he came home crying, one of the bolts for the hand control had came out, he spent 2 hours with his dad trying to retrace his steps finally found it. definitely think they should extra bolts.”

“I received my scooter yesterday and I'm really happy with it, but there has been a letdown too, after plugging in and charging for first time the charger cut out half an hour in and now does not work, it got very hot. Hopefully you could send me a new charger as it hasn't had a chance to fully charge. Regards Paul”

“My son was thrilled with his hoverboard and kart and has used everyday since I put it together. We love the styling, including colour choice, bluetooth (to play music) and the flashing lights. It came surprisingly quickly too. Best buy this year.”

“Overall good product, However small part loose inside of a board I’ve had to send it back and still awaiting for it to be looked at. Hopefully with some luck it will all be repaired and sent back so far good customer service”
