“This is the third time I have used Official Hoverboard and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. They are great with communication, products are safely packaged and it’s very quick delivery. I feel like their items are reasonably priced as you are definitely paying for better quality products.”

“The service of buying and delivery was excellent. We ordered an electric scooter and it has exceeded my expectations. The reviews were spot on. Charging is easy and the scooter lasted a couple of hours being used, and then could be used as an ordinary scooter. The wheels are solid and the accelerate and brake and easily reached and in different colours, which has helped my son learn this. Both of my children like it. One aged 11 was much more comfortable riding it, but my son aged 8 needs a bit more balancing practise. It really made our walks more interesting and there was much less moaning about the walk. Win win. I have since bought myself a walking pad. It is brilliant! I did my research and went with the JT52 with handrails. It’s very quiet, and the speed gets up (if you want that). Also, I really like that it has a remote so I can keep that in my hand to move up and down the speed when I need. It’s also light enough to move out of the way and doesn’t take up so much space. 2026 is my walking year! Perfect to get some movement when I am struggling with chronic fatigue/ Fibromyalgia symptoms and I don’t have to get cold outside.”

“Pink galaxy hoverkart bundle 10" all terrain bought for my daughter for Christmas, she absolutely loves it, never been off it. Very safe with the self stability system and high enough off the floor to stop the board getting scratched underneath, the speakers are great and overall quality is excellent. Customer services have responded when asked questions regarding Apps to use. The order itself and delivery was second to none. Ordered and recieved within 3 days. Great service. Thanks @officialhoverboard.”

“I ordered a hoverboard and kart bundle in the sale for Christmas for my son, the company Guaranteed Christmas delivery but I received an email saying unfortunately the item I had ordered had been stuck at the port, i was extremely impressed with the customer service who resolved the problem for me by sending me an upgraded hoverboard at no extra cost to myself and was delivered the next day with plenty of time before Christmas. For me I believe this customer service is outstanding as I know many other companies would have just offered me a refund leaving me having to find a replacement kart at short notice before Christmas.I would highly recommend using this company and will definitely be purchasing from them again.”
