“Absolutely perfect service and fantastic quality product. After doing a rather extensive amount of research on these hoverboards, Official Hoverboard seemed to be the right option and it certainly was! The product is very high quality and the battery lasts really well. Would highly recommend Official Hoverboard”

“www.officialhoverboard.co.uk **SCAM WEBSITE** Placed order over a week ago, nothing received. Phone number goes to answer machine. Address is serviced office. Looks like a sham director on the company. No response to emails. I should have known better and checked if they were contactable first. Don’t get scammed, they are ripping off people. Reporting to police, who probably won’t do anything.”

“Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service, I have handed in my scooter for inspection and have not received a response or email In the last 3 weeks! Moreover, none of my calls are being picked up either and I’m a just told to send emails thag don’t even get responded to.Must say there customer service is extremely unreliable and inconsistent and frankly appalling.”

“Wow! My son has never been happier. The suspension hoverkart bundle that these guys supplied, is second to none and he played until the battery died, recharged it, played again and is up with the sun this morning for more. Also... I made a mistake on the delivery address. The team at hoverboard uk moved heaven and earth to ensure my son had his present on his birthday. I don't get to see him often and they really saved the day for me. I can't recommend the products and service provided enough. There was nothing in it for them but extra work and they came through like superheroes. Thank you so much.”

“Fast delivery ordered Tuesday delivered on Thursday comes build only had to attach handle barrs, bought for my sons 12 birthday he loves it. His friend had a shot and his friends mum now buying one for his friend.”

“Item arrived in good time and well packaged. Son was so happy with the hoverboard. Extremely good quality and have heard any problems are dealt with well by an after sales team which was an important factor to us when choosing the right supplier.”
