“Absolutely disgusting service, now going to trading standards , sent me a faulty unit for Xmas , now in March and they still refuse to sort it out . Won’t answer phones , won’t reply to emails , all they did was sent a repaired unit which was also still faulty , I have returned that again and they’re now ignoring me . So Iv nothing to show for my money . Avoid this company at all costs .”

“Absolutely brilliant for my 6 year old daughter. She loves it. We've had it 5 days and she hasn't been off it, she never wants to walk again (her words) ha ha! It's very big and weighty but I like that as it feels safer. Speaker works great and the carry case it comes with is very handy. Very happy with this purchase.”

“Overall good product, However small part loose inside of a board I’ve had to send it back and still awaiting for it to be looked at. Hopefully with some luck it will all be repaired and sent back so far good customer service”
