“I provided my email when I purchased products, assuming I would receive an email copy of the invoice for proof of puyrchase for warranty. I did not receive the copy and have made 2 requests for a copy without receiving a response. This is disappointing, as we feel the products are good and it is this simple service that lets them down.”

“the lead time from these guys is very inpressive i ordered gear from them 3 days before Christmas (after the cut off for delivery before christmas) and still receved it before christmas”
