“Good website, easy to pay through Amazon and delivery swift. Only feedback is that the trainers were relaxed fit which wasn't written on the website description. They look a little wide but want to keep them. Overall happy service from an independent retailer.”

“Nice products on the site. Easy to order and arrived promptly. Unfortunately the shoes weren't suitable as they were a poor fit, but it wont stop me viewing the site again in the future.”

“Lovely shoes but unfortunately they're slightly too loose for me - they fit fine if I wear socks but I don't want to. I need a 6.5 which doesn't exist, which is a shame. I've given this 4 stars as the service was good with a quick delivery.”

“I was very pleased with the service I got from Ogam Igam. The item I ordered was dispatched straight away and received on the day expected in perfect condition. I really appreciate that the company includes a free returns label within the shoebox, as buying shoes online is usually a bad experience for me as shoe sizings are inconsistent between manufacturers. The reason I have not given 5 stars is that the website is a nightmare to navigate. There seems to be no logical way of finding shoes by gender/size/brand/colour. The only reason I ordered from here is that I accidentally stumbled on it whilst doing a Google search for a specific style of shoe I was trying to find at a cheaper price. If I stumble upon this website in the same manner again (I'm never going to remember "Ogam Igam") I won't hesitate to buy again.”

Our filter system on our home page (and others) was designed to make finding products a breeze, but if you had problems with this we would be most grateful to hear what went wrong. “Lovely store and friendly staff. I was a bit disappointed only to be shown 2 styles/colours in my daughters size, only to order the exact pair we were looking for online. They were clearly in the storeroom but not brought out, as they were available for collection the next day - it was a real shame as her great grandmother had made a pretty long journey to buy her first pair of proper shoes, so walking away without a pair (when they were there all along) was a bit disappointing.”

Thank you for your review Kayley. I appreciate your concern about not being shown certain stock items. At the time of your visit we were changing our stock from summer to winter, the summer stock going into a different storage location, consequently not all of the summer stock was (and is) available to customer visits in store. With our on line store we have much more time to retrieve individual items that are sometimes in deep storage and we are able to do this during quiet in store activity periods. If customers are able to give us prior notice of wishing to view particular out of season stock items before a store visit we are able to arrange this. Hope this helps.

“I was very pleased with the sandals I ordered. They were well packaged and delivered promptly. The web site was easy to use once I had found it but this took some time. I had googled the particular items I was looking for and this site was quite far down the list indeed I had almost given up looking for the items. However, now that I am aware of the site I would use it again.”
