“ Formal complaint Impossible to cancel order made by mistake and to return unopened item. My rights as a consumer to return promptly for a full refund have been denied. What a nonsense of a returns process it has been, constant stone-walling. My time absolutely wasted and my rights as a consumer trashed. Shall be carrying this complaint forward. ”

“ Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, basically they are rip off merchants ordered 21st October,item returned 24th October poor quality 😞 I am fuming I've had 9 emails all saying the same $hit it's now the 5th November still NOT received refund,WIDE BERTH IF you want a refund just save yourself & your money it's not worth the stress 😤 ”
