Formal complaint Impossible to cancel order made by mistake and to return unopened item. My rights as a consumer to return promptly for a full refund have been denied. What a nonsense of a returns process it has been, constant stone-walling. My time absolutely wasted and my rights as a consumer trashed. Shall be carrying this complaint forward.

Customer service will Not help when you want to return. I have been trying to return for over nine day. They don’t acknowledge emails. They don’t want to refund customers

Ordered a rug on the 8th January 2025 never received and then saying they refunded me ...still waiting for refund

Online Home Shop did not send out my item until after the due delivery date. When it was finally shipped it was immediately returned to the sender by the courier (Yodel) because it was in such poor condition. It's been 10 days and no item and no refund. Avoid these chancers like the plague!

They asked for details which I provided but have heard nothing since and my emails asking for a refund are not being answered.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! A month and still only received 1 of 4 items ordered at the same time, 2 of 4 items cancelled for no valid reason as they're still for sale on website, and 4th item still processing, if it ever turns up, as no shipping supplied. Email advises to check online account for refund details, no refund details show on online account. No replies to emails. Just a joke!

Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, basically they are rip off merchants ordered 21st October,item returned 24th October poor quality 😞 I am fuming I've had 9 emails all saying the same $hit it's now the 5th November still NOT received refund,WIDE BERTH IF you want a refund just save yourself & your money it's not worth the stress 😤
