opened the dashboard and rewards looked stuck, no updates at all. first thought was “great… something broke.” but after contacting support they explained it was only a visual sync issue and backend earnings were still counting normally.
i think communication during situations like this is really important and maybe they can improve there a bit, but overall my miners stayed online the whole time and nothing was actually lost from what i can see now.”

“sorry again but honestly little confused now.. i purchased 6 machines with oneminers because my plan was mining and withdraw direct in my own wallet. now i see only btc option on dashboard and nobody explained this clearly before when i was buying 😕
also since May 1 my rewards not updating correctly on some miners. some machines showing normal and some look delayed or missing rewards on dashboard. support said miners still running and it’s synchronization issue but still stressful when you check everyday and numbers not reflecting correctly.
