Support explained upfront that pre-ordr batches become final once the invoice is paid and the agreement is reviewed, so cancellations aren't allowed afterwards. It was consistent across the contract and WhatsApp chats, so I paid only when I understood everything. My home unit arrived on time, and my hosted BTC miner shows daily payouts without issues. I reached out twice about payout timing and hosting fees, and the responses were clear and reasonable. “I've been in crypto for a while, mostly trading, but this year I wanted something more "hands off" that could still grow over time. In may 2025 I ordered an avalon nano3s to my home. Delivery was smooth, the box was packed tight with foam and bubble wrap, so no damage at all.

“I asked oneminers for a refund once because I changed my mind about the order. The miner was not installed yet, so I wrote them on email and WhatsApp and asked to cancel and get my money back. It was not instant. Support replied after a few hours and asked me to confirm my order number and the reason. Then they forwarded it to the finance team and for about 2-3 days it was only "we are checking," so I got a bit nervous. After a few days they approved the refund, send me the TX hash, and the coins came back to the same wallet I used before, minus normal network fee. So yes, refund is real, just not super fast. You need a bit of patience, but I did get all my money back.”

“I have been purchasing many miners from them over the past several months and all have been running smoothly with no issues. The platform takes some getting used to but I really like it. The buy now pay later feature is amazing allowing you to split the purchase over 4 months. The only issue I had was withdraws were supposed to take 24-72 hours and the first couple took a few days longer. I spoke with the CEO and they just want to make sure it is actually the owner of the miners making the withdraw and not an scam or account being hacked. After the first couple withdraws it was much faster. The other nice option is you have the option to withdraw to your crypto wallets or you can withdraw directly to your bank account. The sales team has been supper helpful and I speak with them almost daily by WhatsApp or email and they respond promptly.”
