“Only just started using Boots Online Doctor for their weight loss programme and so far so good! I’ve always had a response with 24hrs. It’s really reassuring because if there’s any concerns or something I need advice with they are always there to help! Also, if I needed to speak to someone face to face I just pop into their shops and ask the pharmacist.”

“The service is absolutely brilliant 🤩 in a time when most people can not get to see a GP in a timely manner. I filled in a questionnaire and received feedback within 2 hours. After sending photos I received a diagnosis and a choice of skin medication . I have been applying the medication for a few weeks now and the skin condition has virtually disappeared. Many thanks ti the doctor whom I spoke to .”
