“I have placed an incorrect order and the customer service was extremely speedy in cancelling it so I could re-submit it, everything was sorted within an hour after I have emailed them. Extremely pleased. I would wish the shipping would be a bit quicker but this might have to do with the time of the year.”

“Not brilliant service, am asked to provide feedback whilst still waiting for the order. It took two weeks to be dispatched, so am still waiting... No explanation why it's taking so long. Not a brilliant for the first order.”
