“Very Good Prices, fast low cost delivery. Could do with giving regular customers access to the label program free for the year and not just on cost/quanity order on an 3/6/12 month access..”

“I ordered my labels and they were sent quickly. Unfortunately, GLS was the carrier used and they were clearly not up to the task, claiming a 100% accurate address was incomplete. I contacts Online Labels support and they were enormously helpful and provided detailed instructions to the courier who still did not deliver (clearly their core business is beyond them). After a bit of to & fro, the labels were eventually delivered over a week after they should. At all times, Online Labels were helpful and focused on trying to resolve the issue, unlike GLS who never once answered their phones. Recommendation: when sending packages to Ireland, use Royal Mail or carrier pigeons or anything other than GLS.”
