“One of the shirts that I ordered came in the incorrect color. Funny thing is the same day I received email invites to review ooshirts on various platforms and I didn't tell the customer service rep I spoke to. A lot depended on his response to my request without him knowing. But, he still resolved my issue quickly by sending a new shirt free of cost. I am very pleased with the service and will order again.”
