It may be helpful to know, that it typically takes us 1-2 business days to process all orders before they are shipped out. Our office is closed on the weekend, therefore, we had to process your order on Monday, July 25, 2022. While your order was on the Awaiting Shipment status you asked for the order to be cancelled. Your request was granted and your order was cancelled and a refund was issued on July 26, 2022.
We know our customers are all excited to receive our products so we do our best to have them shipped out in a timely manner.
