“I have had great experiences with Orientalmart. The website is easy to use, and I generally find exactly what I was looking for without any hassle. The products quality have alwys been excellent and matched the description perfectly. Delivery was quick and everything arrived well packaged, which I really appreciated. Customer service was also responsive and helpful on the odd occasion I had a question. Overall, a reliable place to shop with good value for money. I will definitely be ordering from Orientalmart again.”

“Pretty good range of dim sum. Nicely packed delivery. My only suggestion for improvement is giving customer the option to ship frozen and non-frozen items together - as two separate parcels delivered at the same time. You can have compartmentalised trucks. I can't justify paying two lots of delivery fee when the small number of non-frozen items could actually be attached to the frozen ones, at no risk of deterioration.”
