“ When I received my ortho Eva boots, the zipper was broken & they were not as advertised. No orthotics support, just flat insoles. They asked me to ship them back to China in order to get a refund. That would cost as much as the boots so I will just throw them out. Very unsatisfactory Customer Service. Very unsatisfactory product. ”
