“ Love my slippers. I have high arches and need extra support since I wear my slippers almost all the time around the house. Also I found the return policy to be very easy using happy returns at a nearby store. I did have to exchange them for a half size smaller than my normal shoe size. But these are perfect. ”

“ Orthofeet has been very good about returns and the shoes have been consistently comfortable and well-made. I would give a 5-star rating, but the are made in China. Their site says an American company. I called them and asked why my shoes say made in China. They are made in China and then shipped to Orthofeet. I want American-made products! ”

“ I have not had any interactions with customer service and returns as yet, but delivery is via FEDEX and expedient. I do have a concern over cheap materials, i.e. plastic zippers on boots and the insole pads which tend to crush after a month or two of wear. Why is Orthofeet not using metal zippers in their products? Broken zippers cause shoes to fail necessitating repair. ”
