“ I have placed several orders with Orthofeet and always got them in a timely manner. My feet love these shoes. I am a diabetic and do alot of standing all day long. Good service , i did order a pair of boots that i needed to return because they were a little tight , sent me the next size up with no trouble. I do recommend. ”

“ I have not had any interactions with customer service and returns as yet, but delivery is via FEDEX and expedient. I do have a concern over cheap materials, i.e. plastic zippers on boots and the insole pads which tend to crush after a month or two of wear. Why is Orthofeet not using metal zippers in their products? Broken zippers cause shoes to fail necessitating repair. ”

“ As far as comfort, the slippers that I got to alleviate my plantar fasciitis are among the most comfortable I've ever owned. They are truly like walking on a cloud. As far a customer service, it took a couple of times (and one instance of rude treatment by Zack) before I finally found a wonderful supervisor named Chris who got my order right. ”
