“This was a replacement for a faulty item. Quick postage and good service is all well and good but its when there is a problem that you really find out about a company! Fantastic customer service, great communication and all sorted out in a fair and honest way. I would highly recommend and happily use again.”

“Speedy delivery absolutely good quality customer satisfaction all the way 100/sent if I could, I would rate this company a lot higher than 10 the quality of the jacket is lovely. Keep nice and warm very good quality and it comes with all the tags I would recommend this company to everyone and the price was quite reasonable compared to some companies who are charging more I was wanting a Moncler jacket, but when I saw this one, I changed my mind thank you thank you thank you I will definitely shop with you again.”
