“No complaints, this is the 2nd time ordering off them, I find them usually the cheapest if not they're very competitive. I would have no hesitation in buying from them. My only gripe which is no problem to me but might be to others is postage could be a little quicker. I just wished they had a shop at there location as they're only about 15 miles from where I live. Therefore how about opening a factory shop at your distribution centre.”

“The item I wanted was being sold at a decent price and so I ordered it and it arrived in about one week. I was in no desperate hurry, so this wait was no big deal. Sadly, whilst I was very happy with the goods (a pair of boots), they did not fit me and so I returned them by registered post (at my own expense because Outdoor GB do not pay for returns where a full refund is required. I have no gripe with this arrangement but it's just a fact that others ought to be aware of) and Outdoor GB refunded my money within a couple of days which I consider to be a good service.”

“Products were competitively priced and delivered promptly, but the several small items ordered were rattling around inside a large plastic bag, which had 2 implications: a) not environmentally considerate and, the boxes of Saxx boxer shorts were dented, which I was disappointed about as I was giving as a gift.”
