“My sole reservation with OutdoorGB is that you have to contact them to arrange for returns. I appreciate they would prefer not to deal with them but I feel a better system should be introduced.”

“I could not get through to your customer service by phone. I made an order for 1-2 day delivery and the email coms says 3-9 days and you have not yet confirmed the delivery. I was pleased to get through and speak to Catherine just after I'd sent this message. She was very helpful and amended my order to change items I had ordered that were out of stock which I didn't realised I had done. She also explained that you close at 5.30 and this explains why I had problems getting through to customer services after office hours. Anyway very pleased with your customer services but maybe should make it clear on your website that it is only during office hours.”

“Easy to order and they offered the best price I could find for the Merrell shoes I was after (in my size at least), plus they were delivered in good time. I didn't have any need to contact their customer service so can't rate them in that respect, but you can't count that against them ;-)”
