“On 3 December I ordered a pair of Sorel Women's Winter Carnival Waterproof Boots for my daughter's Christmas present. The advice was to buy a size larger than her normal shoe size which turned out to be absolutely correct (the boots have a liner) and my daughter is delighted with them. As the size wasn't in stock and had to be ordered I was advised they would take 6-10 working days. On 14 December I was notified there was a delay from the supplier and they were now expected on 22 December but they would be upgraded to a next day delivery. OutdoorGB were as good as their word and they arrived on 23 December just in time for Christmas. I am so impressed with their service.”
