“As I ordered something which was not in stock I was informed that it would be despatched within 10 working days and it arrived well within that deadline. Having received a notification from Outdoor GB that a label had been created, a little over 12 hours later my item arrived safely. Very pleased with the item and the service received.”

“Shocking customer service, had a failed delivery due to a mistake on the address and nearly 2 week later this isn't sorted. They are not proactive in trying to fix the problem, and falls on the customer to do the chasing. Just not good enough and don't think I will buy from them again, which is a shame as i have used them before and thought they were ok.”

“I don't like to leave a bad review but I ordered a pair of waterproof trousers on the 22/10. Had a notification to say they would be delivered on the 25/10 and I have still not received them 30/10.”
