“I've ordered 2 pairs of similar Sorel Explorer II boots, one of them was for my mum. She requested an exchange for bigger size, new pair arrived in few days. Exchange process is clear and easy, just need to follow steps on return form - pick a return reason, print the label, drop off your parcel, check email notifications. P.S. Boots are absolutely amazing, very warm and light. I would even say - too warm for South of England. But they were very helpful during frosty weeks. Can't wait to test them on a proper deep snow and extreme cold”
