“I ordered a coat from Outdoor GB. It was despatched promptly and I was kept up to date with its progress. I had to return the item as it was too small. I contacted the offices via email and was replied to promptly. I returned my item and requested they send a second coat in the larger size. Again I was kept informed each step of the way and the coat arrived within 24 hours of despatch. A really great performance from the entire team at Outdoor GB.”

“Good price on the item. One point knocked off for their choice of courier who left an expensive sleeping bag on the doorstep without knocking. Their photo 'evidence' was of the front door and not of the actual item. However no complaints with Outdoor GB themselves.”
