“I ordered a Berghaus jacket which arrived quickly. The sizing was a bit tight so I returned it and got a bigger one. The service from Outdoor GB was excellent. I've now worn the Berghaus jacket in different conditions and it performs well. My only comments are that it only has one inside pocket whereas my previous Berghaus had 3 and two were accessible by zips under the front flaps which was much more convenient. Also the hood chin fixings are impossible to access in a live situation when it starts to rain. Even in the pub with the jacket in my lap when I can see that hidden poppers, I still found it too difficult to do! But it is waterproof. Outdoor GB were excellent.”

“To be fair, everything with the company was fantastic, the website, ordering and the communication. What more can you ask for. The only process that let the whole experience down was Royal Mail’s service. Not Their issue but I am sure if I needed their help, they would have sorted Royal Mail out for me.”
