“Excellent customer service I ordered a pair of berghaus trousers and I choose to be delivered with evri with the worst company and then they told that they will investigate about the situation of my lost package with evri and after I received an email about that evri lost it they immediately told me that I can either have a reshipment with whatever delivery company I want or refunde your money and I choose to be delivered again with royal mail.”

“The Bergaus men's walking boots were on offer at a great price. The delivery was a bit slow, but when the boots arrived they were great. The boots fit perfectly size 8. I have done an 8, 9, and 13-mile walk in them. Walked up Snowdon at the end of May, and they were brilliant.”

“Great value for branded item. Was advised two weeks after ordering that item in chosen colour was out of stock. Checked web site and noted other colours were available. Sent email for a different colour. OGB responded immediately confirming new colour and item was dispatched that day. Liked the immediate response from this company to resolve the issue”
