“Very bad service, order diddnt show up, after phoning them they diddnt think i had the capabilty to operate a calender and tried to say it wasent late, then told it would be sent out for next day delivery, so it wasent even sent in the first place, now still no show, emails ignored, finally get a email stating that it will be delivered 9 days after they recive the product from germany whenever that might be, dont bother ordering from them they just mess u about with lies”

“I was wary about ordering from OutdoorGB as I'd never even heard of them before. But I called their customer service number and spoke to a member of staff to ask more about the company and their ordering process. I later placed an order online and received my items the following week. I am happy with the service I received.”

“Do not touch this company with a barge pole, waited 10 days for an item that never turned up, lie after lie, told me waiting on an order from Snugpak, called snugpak and they told me the order was sent to them, now being told Parcelforce have lost 2 boxes of orders. now trying to get a refund BEWARE SCAMMERS”

“After returning a pair of gaiters first class for a different size, I was emailed a few days later, informing me that they did not in fact have the one's they claimed too in stock, nor did their suppliers. I was asked if a different pair would suffice, so I proceeded to say this was okay and to just send me the replacement pair. I was then messaged a second time, explaining that I'd need to pay an extra £7.07 to cover the cost of the new pair that they were sending, as they were a little more expensive! Do not use this company, slow communication, poor service and extremely audacious to request more money from me to cover their own mistakes. With so many good companies online, do not even dream of using this place - go elsewhere and save yourself an awful shopping experience.”

“Absolutely rubbish returns policy. Avoid this firm like the plague. I have never been so disappointed with a company. Their goods are poorly described and they treat customers appallingly. Their 38% review grade should tell you all you want to know.”
