“Excellent Service and Value. I ordered two pairs of Berghaus Walking Boots for my wife and I one afternoon and they arrived by Royal Mail in good condition the next morning. The only problem was completing the transaction online, I had to ring my bank before the transaction would go through and this also happened to my daughter when she tried to place an order. This makes the process a bit long winded but the price of our boots was extremely competitive so I was prepared to accept the inconvenience.”

“Bought an insulated jacket, after being delivered, I tried it on, it was a little bit small. I e mailed the company explained my problem, i asking for the next size up, I had constant dialogue throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble, excellent customer service. Very competitively priced on my jacket. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“Ordered a Craghopper jacket from Outdoor GB which was a great price. On arrival I was disappointed with the finish of the item. “Having not received a confirmation of my order, I phoned customer service and no trace of my order could be found, even though the payment was pending on my account. I was advised to reorder and was told the pending payment wouldn't be taken. Unfortunately, it was and both orders turned up. It appears that my email address was incorrect, but they arranged a return and a refund. Overall, a great service and a great price for the product purchased.”
