“Great fast delivery and well packaged. I love this coat. Its a great fit, no need for a chunky jumper underneath as its warm enough. Love the fishtail shape on the bottom and the colour is lovely. Overall one of the best coats I have purchased.”

“The item I wanted was being sold at a decent price and so I ordered it and it arrived in about one week. I was in no desperate hurry, so this wait was no big deal. Sadly, whilst I was very happy with the goods (a pair of boots), they did not fit me and so I returned them by registered post (at my own expense because Outdoor GB do not pay for returns where a full refund is required. I have no gripe with this arrangement but it's just a fact that others ought to be aware of) and Outdoor GB refunded my money within a couple of days which I consider to be a good service.”
