“My daughter ordered my new jacket for me and I paid for next day delivery. When I checked the order I noticed she had made an error with my delivery address. I immediately called the company and a helpful young woman searched for my order, amended it straight away and the coat was dispatched soon after. It arrived the next day and is perfect. I was impressed by the company and its delivery system, particularly as I live in the Scottish countryside, between towns, and deliveries are often delayed or lost. By ordering from the company I got the coat I wanted in a colour that isn’t available in the shops near me and the price was good. I would definitely order from the company again.”
