“Royal Mail made a complete mess of the delivery, losing the contents and delivering only the outer wrapper! OutdoorGB took the matter up with Royal Mail to gain compensation and immediately sent a replacement of the original order which arrived quickly and undamaged. Scores: Royal Mail 0; OutdoorGB 10!”
