“Unfortunately my item was lost by Royal Mail but I was happy with the response by Karen. Very helpful. Would definitely use again in the future purely because of the excellent customer service.”

“The price is what first convinced me to buy from Outdoor GB. Since then i've been impressed by the speed of delivery and their communicatiin throughout. When I needed to change shoe sizes, the process was hassle free. Got my new pair in 3 days, and that was the week before Christmas. Can't really fault Outdoor GB. I would buy from them again.”

“Delivered Promptly, items as expected. Had to return items that didn't fit, items returned and processed with returned money back before their stated time. Cant fault.”

“I've stopped at OutdoorGB several times before and as usual I got great fast service. The postal strike screwed up an otherwise smooth process. Had to exchange the jacket for next size up and again excellent service from OUTDOORGB. I can't report any problems occurring that were within their control”
