“Ordered A pair of Salomon trainers late afternoon and they were delivered by 10.30 next day. Unfortunately the product didn't fit but registering the return and printing off label was really easy. Sent item back via Post office and had acknowledgement email confirming receipt of the return the following day with a full refund a couple of days later. The whole buying/return experience with Outdoor GB was very efficient... would definitely reccommend them to friends and family”

“Easy to order and comma very good. I hadn’t changed address on PayPal and sent an email advising if correct address and received a prompt reply saying address changed to new one advised. Boots arrived a few days later.”

“My second pair of Columbia Redmond III shoes - very comfortable and a good price from ExtremeGB. They are not Goretex so feet will sweat a lot in summer but replace standard inserts with Odoreaters and buy a second pair. Good wide support and comfortable in most conditions. Thanks”

“Had a problem with a courier losing my parcel, Katie from OutdoorGB sorted my problem in no time at all and I received the item I purchased quickly. Would definitely recommend my Berghaus fleece is incredible comfy and warm at the fraction of the price as there competitors. 10/10 Only advice I'd give is still go with royal mail as a carrier even with the strike action as Evri will just lose your delivery.”
